1. How many RCD’s should I have?
   A minimum of 2 RCD’s is required by AS3000 wiring rules standard
2. How many Smoke Alarms are required by law for an investment property?
   If all bedrooms in the house are located in the same area 1 x smoke alarm is required. If you have, for example, a main bedroom on one side of your home with living areas in the middle and the remaining bedrooms on the other side then you would require 2 x smoke alarms. Multiple story homes must have at least 1 smoke alarm per level.
3. What is a standard back-to-back installation of an air conditioner?
   Standard back-to-back installation means that when an air conditioner is installed inside your home, the outdoor unit is placed exactly on the other side of the wall on the ground on some concrete or paving, .
4. What are your business hours?
   We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
5. How much is a call out?
   Our normal call out fee is $160.00 this includes your first half hour of labour, anything after this is charged in 15 minute intervals at $40.00per 15 minutes. Our after hours call out fee is $350.00 including your first half hour of labour, anything after this is charged at $45.00 per 15 minutes.

Our normal business hours are 8am til 4pm all call outs after this time are classed as After Hours and will be charged at the higher rate.
